‘Story Building’ – writing interpretation for heritage projects


Learn how to craft engaging interpretation for your heritage projects.

Our experienced team will guide your group through the basics, giving you the tools to create your own meaningful outputs – be they boards, apps or posters.

  • Introduction to the key principles of interpretive storytelling in heritage spaces
  • Identify what makes a good text (and avoid the pitfalls of bad examples!)
  • Understand the needs and tastes of different audiences
  • Explore new approaches to using language
  • Be creative with word-crafting
  • Edit and proofread text example

This training is available as an online day session with breaks, or an ‘in person’ event.

We are currently only offering training for group bookings.

Our training is for groups or teams and run as a ‘closed’ interactive workshop which can be online or an ‘in person’ event – we can come to you, or arrange a venue as part of our training offer.
