Whether you are putting together a funding application or coming to the end of a grant-aided heritage project you’ll know that evaluation is something you’ll need to get to grips with.
Our experienced team will guide you through the basics of project and programme evaluation, highlighting the benefits and pitfalls to watch out for.
You will learn the basics of project evaluation for heritage projects, including how to pick measurable outcomes and identify lessons learned.
Our interactive session explores why its important to evaluate a project and how evaluation fits in the various stages of a project’s lifecycle.
We will also look at how you can use evaluation to see ‘what has worked’ and where you might do things differently in future.

- Reflect on how you can identify realistic outputs and outcomes for your own project

Cost
The cost of the 2.5 hour long online workshop is £70 (£84 inc. VAT).
How do I book?
There is one online training option currently available for booking. We can accept secure online payments by Stripe. Alternatively you can contact us using the form below to request an Invoice or pay by Purchase Order with BACS or by paypal.
Terms: All bookings must be paid for in full and will include VAT at 20%. A VAT receipt is available on request. Cancellations received more than 7 days before the event will be refunded, subject to a payment processing fee.
Bespoke Training and Support
We can also provide your organisation, group or team with a ‘closed’ interactive workshop tailored to your own needs. This can be online or an ‘in person’ event – we can come to you, or arrange a venue as part of our training offer.
As you develop your evaluation framework and bid: We can provide an initial 2.5 hour review and feedback session on your proposed evaluation framework and how this fits with your funder application to help make sure you are heading in the right direction as you develop your project. This can be particularly helpful to ensure your proposed outcomes and outputs are realistic and deliverable!: £200 exc VAT. (This can be repeated as often as you feel you need support).
During project delivery, we can also provide ad hoc support at intervals whilst your project is underway to help keep you on the right track, make sure you are using the right tools, asking yourselves the right questions, and collecting data effectively (estimate based on 4 hour review and feedback: £320 per session).
