The following terms and conditions relate to the Snodhill Castle ‘Fortifying the Future’ Survey Prize Draw
Entry
The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK over the age of 18. Entry to the prize draw is made on successful completion of the survey. Respondents can choose to opt out of the prize draw on completion of the survey if they do not agree with the terms and conditions. In the event that a participant does not qualify to take part in the survey they cannot enter the prize draw. Surveys completed after the final closing date 13 June 2025 will not be entered into the prize draw.
Draw Date
The Prize Draw Date is 16 June 2025. The closing date for entries is 13 June 2025.
One winner will be drawn at random on the Prize Draw Date.
Prizes
The prizes will be awarded as follows:
A £60 meal voucher for the Nag’s Head, Peterchurch, Herefordshire for one lucky winner.
Terms
The prize is non-exchangeable, non transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. The winner will be informed by e-mail within five working days of the draw date using the e-mail address supplied.
If the winner does not respond within 28 days of notification to claim their prize, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described below.
The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. English law will govern the prize draw and entrants to the prize draw submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The organiser of the free prize draw is TDR Heritage whose registered office is Grosvenor House 11 St Pauls Square Birmingham, B3 1RB.
No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
TDR Heritage will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause. TDR Heritage reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. TDR Heritage may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless TDR Heritage is satisfied with the verification. Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
