What information do we gather

TDR Heritage Ltd takes your privacy and the security of your information very seriously. We currently collect and process personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, your name and contact details).

What we do with the information we gather

Any  personal information that we process is provided directly by you, for one of the following reasons:

  1. You have completed one of our contact forms or contacted us directly by email.
  2. You contacted us about, booked on, or attended, one of our training events.
    We use this information only to contact you. It will not be used for any other purpose without your consent and will never be passed to any third parties.
  1. We also sometimes receive personal information indirectly, via GDPR compliant surveys, that are being carried out on behalf of another organisation. For example, where you have responded to a survey that is collecting views as part of the evaluation or development of a specific project.

In these situations, you will need to have ‘opted in’ to a survey that will have included a specific privacy statement that tells you exactly what will happen to any information you provide and how any results from that survey will be shared and with who. You can check this with us at any time.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful basis on which we rely on for processing this information is that you have given us your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time.

You have the right to have inaccurate/outdated information amended, deleted or destroyed. If any of your details change please report these to info@tdrheritage.co.uk.

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted personal information via a contact form or survey you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you by sending an email to info@tdrheritage.co.uk.

Security

TDR Heritage are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Where we carry out survey online, all data is be stored and processed in SmartSurvey, a GDPR compliant survey package, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. Our surveys do not save your IP address or any other personally identifiable information, unless you choose to give it.
